Hello Traylor Community! My name is Laura Querrey and it is my honor to be your 1st Grade Math/Science teacher here at Traylor, go Tigers! I am originally from Iowa, where I studied Elementary Education at the University of Iowa, go Hawks, with specializations in Early Childhood Education and Mathematics. I moved to Denver in 2009 and have called it home ever since. Outside of the classroom I like to spend time with my family and friends, run, cook and read. I look forward to fostering the creativity and curiosity of our First Graders and supporting them along their mathematical journey!
